Channel 5 has a short bit about a man with rapidly progressing MS who has had is benefits cut and how that is affecting his ability to afford medication.
Gary is going through hell with his MS and then the big boys play with his mind and his pocket.
It makes me realize how lucky I am here in New Zealand as my betaferon is paid in full for me. It makes no doesn't if I or even my husband was working.
Maybe his wife should give up her job and then it will cost the company a hang of a lot more. You'd think they be entilted to earn a little bit to make ends meet more.
But personally I think the system that is in place where they live sucks, I hope people over there get behind this couple and help them out.
